Floyd Youngblood is a respected personal injury/litigation attorney with 30 years of experience. Since graduating from the University of Colorado Law School in 1988, his career has consisted of Insurance Defense and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury. His experience in Insurance Defense has helped him with his understanding of how to communicate, negotiate, and litigate a Plaintiff’s personal injury case. Floyd has obtained million dollar verdicts against various insurance companies, as well as, collectively 10 million dollars in verdicts on behalf of the farmers and ranchers of the State of Colorado. Floyd works tirelessly on behalf of his personal injury victims to protect and preserve their rights. Floyd is passionate about the law. His passion comes across in his negotiations with the insurance companies. Floyd will not hesitate to file suit against an insurance company on behalf of his clients when necessary. In his off time, he enjoys golfing, and traveling.
RHONDA FLEMMING

Rhonda Flemming is a personal injury paralegal with 30 years of experience. She has been with our firm since 2016, and is essential to our firm. She is responsible for intakes, managing cases, and the medical managing of your file. Rhonda has strong litigation skills. She has assisted and attended numerous trials and has a passion for winning plaintiff’s verdicts with her attorney and clients. In her 30-year personal injury history she was employed in insurance defense and Plaintiff’s personal injury. Rhonda has pioneered many personal injury obstacles. Rhonda was one of the first graduates from Denver Paralegal Institute. She has trained and been a strong mentor to many young paralegals. Rhonda has lobbied the Colorado State Legislature and been an advocate for changing the personal injury laws in Colorado. She has worked directly with the Assistant Commissioner of Insurance. Rhonda is highly respected in her profession. She is crucial to the day to day functioning of our office. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling to warm beachy climates, as well as landscape and portrait photography.
